Enhanced Process Integration Services

Our Enhanced Service Offerings are designed to complement our Standard Services offering by providing extended services in areas that have proved challenging to our existing customers. The focus of the Enhanced Services offerings is to strengthen ongoing implementation projects and to extend consulting support beyond the initial implementation.

Enhanced Services offerings include:

• Formal quality assurance reviews, design reviews, and code reviews during the implementation process
• Off-site development to supplement onsite project team delivery capability
• Ongoing maintenance, enhancement and operational support of a production environment

Quality assurance reviews

Quality assurance reviews focus on both the technical aspects of an implementation and the quality of the overall implementation process. A comprehensive assessment is performed by an objective executive level reviewer. To be effective, they are performed at multiple stages of an implementation project; i.e. immediately prior to detailed design signoff, code complete and system test signoff.
