We believe in people and their potential. If we were forced to keep only one single thing out of all our organization, this would be our people. Not our great customers, not even our beloved industry, we would keep our people!

You can buy technology; you can buy opportunities; you can buy knowledge; and you can buy some people. But you certainly cannot buy great people. You have to inspire them; you have to provide them with a winning team of talented peers. You have to nurture them and help them understand the value of teamwork and the opportunities that being part of a team brings up.

Attracting and retaining the right people is our most important challenge and our top priority in our corporate strategy. We have come to learn that you always need a highly professional team if you strive for succeeding in the long term. And hence, by enthusiastically propagating our culture we are convinced we will attract and retain the right people.

We are very proud to state that, within an industry where turnover is becoming the biggest issue, we have had 0% turnover in the last 2 years.
