Guidelines & suggestions for Customers

  • Use the updated backlog (prioritized list of requests or tasks) as a tool for measuring and monitoring the current project status
  • Validate/update the project vision all the time
  • Establish trusted relationship. Trust leads to motivation; and motivation leads to continuous work
  • Know the members of the team that is working on the delivery you are given
  • Do not hesitate to give feedback related to the project; that kind of information is never too much
  • Stay in contact with users. Adopt follow-up procedures on a regular basis. Although you may believe your users do not appreciate your work because they do not explicitly tell you so, they will indeed report others about your efforts
  • Be supportive and collaborative: We are a team!
