Project Manager (PM)

A PM is a person with leadership and negotiation skills who ensures that the project
is completed on a timely fashion and according to budget. The PM works closely to
Software Design Engineers (SDE) to meet product specifications and scope.
Requirements
Full time; C++/C# or VB.NET; Relational databases; MSF; Scrum; RUP; CMMi or ISO;
Neat; Methodic; Passionate; self-taught; Perceptive; English language (with superior
writing and communication skills)
Responsibilities
- Define specifications, scope and delivery of products
- Administer budget
- Overcome obstacles taking the customer’s interests into account
- Analyze, report and communicate current status of the project
- Mentor new team members
